The people of this country have the right to organize, bargain and form unions, The 52 states of this country have no power to stop any workers from organizing, bargaining or creating of any unions by individuals wanting collective bargaining power of the people. This is a right of the amerian people. It's equal to the rights of free speech which is protected by our constitution. Protecting the rights of the American people is the law of the land. The right to organize, bargain an form unions without fear of state interference or targeting of those rights needs to be protected by those same laws as free speech.
