form a school gun program where willing teachers and faculty can receive proper firearm training for concealed weapons.

I believe that gun control has been proven on a smaller scale to be unsuccessful in schools across the nation. Today, Schools and college campuses are gun free zones that are a welcome safe haven for mass shootings to take place. This can easily be changed by allowing teachers who would like to be armed, concealed firearms and proper training to not only protect themselves, but their students and faculty. If a teacher would like to carry a firearm, there would need to be a program that would allow them proper firearm use/safety training, and that training would also include active shooter scenarios where a faculty member could be put into a real world type scenario to learn what went wrong, and what went right. The name of the game is safety.
