We the People petition the Obama Administration to form a singular DMV for the entire country to prevent blockades to people that move across state borders and to create a DMV with a singular set of rules, and remove state issued registrations and titles, and create a singular DMV under the Department of Travel, with federal bi-yearly registrations and inspections, for ease of control and the eliminations of DMV related problems
