Overfishing is a growing worldwide problem. The exploitation of fisheries will result in a drastic change on the economy and the ecosystem in the future. The U.S. government has yet to address this issue, and has not signed the United Nation's Law of the Sea. Address this issue before further damage is done to the high seas.
