It is time to request formal diplomatic and cultural relations with any extraterrestrial species active around Earth and/or the Solar system. News media, legends, myths, sightings, reports, television shows, movies, ancient civilizations, and megalithic structures all hint at active alien activity here on Earth, now and in the past.
