We, the undersigned, respectfully request that President Obama publicly call on all members of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space, and Technology to either openly affirm their belief in man-made global climate change or resign their position on the committee. Despite an overwhelming scientific consensus that mankind is causing global climate change, some members of this committee actively deny the facts and dismiss the consensus of experts without evidence. We, the undersigned, respect the discipline of science, and we believe that willful ignorance has no place on a committee for science policy.
