Formally ask the resignation from the Organization of American State, Secretary General José Miguel Insulza, through our ambassador Carmen Lomellin to be responsible for the no application of the articles 3, 17, and 20 of the Inter American Democratic Charter in the recent act of violence and genocide ordered by the President of the Bolivarian republic of Venezuela and his administration.
