On Wednesday July 27, 2016 Donald John Trump knowingly and willfully incited a foreign power to commit act(s) of espionage against a representative of the government of the United States of America.
"Russia, if you're listening, I hope you're able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing."
He did so without authorization and with malice, in order to disrupt the position and/or negotiation(s) of the United States during a time when active dispute(s) between our two countries exist.
The Logan Act, amended in 1994, makes these actions a felony under federal law. We call on congress to levy the maximum fine and imprison him for no less than three years.
