ISIS is a terrorist threat. It is present in over a dozen nations, with the goal of striking the U.S. with violence. It has beheaded Americans and brutally tortured, raped and killed thousands of people.
The President must formally announce a strategy for defeating ISIS on humanitarian grounds, as well as to prevent it's stated goal of attacking the U.S. on American soil.
The time to act is now!
