ISIS is beyond reason and the bounds of human decency. The administration needs to take them seriously before they subjugate the middle east and attack the homeland.
The time has come to acknowledge the threat and set about to exterminate ISIS. A formal declaration of war would signal to the world that we are finally serious and are committed to the fight.
