There is significant evidence that the human race is not the only intelligent life in the known galaxy, and that the U.S. governemnt, among others have made contact with one (or more) of these beings. We, the people, ask for an honest, public admittance of this contact, along with dates and times of contacts, discoveries, conflicts, etc.
