The POTUS has been dropping bombs on innocent civilians in a country (Pakistan) that Congress has not approved. Also, the POTUS has been lying to all American citizens (a direct violation of the Presidential Oath). Spying on Americans and other civilians across the world violates US laws as well as international laws.
