Formally recognize anyone who thinks Black Lives Matter is a terrorist organization to have an intellectual disability

The best way to define a terrorist or a terrorist organization is "a non-state actor who intentionally and strategically uses violence against civilians in order to further a political or socioeconomic cause." It is time to declare the people who think otherwise as having an intellectual disability for not having common sense. It will also help teachers in schools know which students need assistance due to their intellectual disability.
