Whereas Ohio is home to the most Presidents, the greatest innovators/inventors, the most famous aviators (both on Earth and in Space) and its voters hold the most electoral power and since no person can be President without winning Ohio and since Ohio is "the Heart of it All"
Be It Enacted By the Office of the President of the United States through Executive Order:
Ohio shall be declared the greatest and most superior of all US states. All Ohioans shall get one free holiday to reflect upon their greatness and all lesser states pay a tribute of no less than $25 per each Ohioan.
Also may it be declared that Michigan football sucks, has always sucked and will continuously suck in the future.
