Formally recognize “Ku Klux Klan” (KKK) as a terrorist organization

Terrorism is defined as the use of violence and intimidation in pursuit of political aims. By definition is used to declare ISIS and other groups, as terrorist organizations. KKK has earned this title due to its actions in southern states and Donald Trump rallies. It is time for the Pentagon to be consistent with its actions which declared ISIS as a terror group, they must declare KKK as a terror group on the grounds that the first KKK rallied public opinion in the South against Republican-dominated Reconstruction governments across the South, using violence and intimidation. KKK argued the installation of racial equality would create problems that would destroy America because African American and other racial minorities were "ignorant enough to believe" that they were equal.
