Terrorism is defined as "the use of violence and intimidation in pursuit of political aims". This definition is used to declare terrorist organizations. The Ku Klux Klan has earned this title due to its actions dating back to 1865, 1951, 1963, 1964, and 1965, to present day. The Klan is an insidious home-grown terrorist organization that is responsible for the lynching and killing of over 3,000+ individuals since its inception. This group has been allowed to remain in the United States and in existence for far too long. "Hate begets hate" - That said, use the Klan Act of 1871 and completely eradicate this violent, divisive and hateful organization.
