The New Black Panther Party has earned this definition due to multiple inflammatory comments through media and online, declaring their hatred of whites, along with its veiled threats in the wake of the Dallas Police massacre.
It is time for the DOJ and Pentagon to be consistent. ISIS is a rightfully declared terror group due to their intentions to cause harm. The New Black Panther Party must be included in this declaration - on grounds of principle, integrity, morality and public safety.
