The formation of the United States Public Guard(USPG) and the formation of the United States Elite Public Guard(USEPG)

The reason for this petition is to promote safety among the american people as the USPG will be a lightly armed force that patrols the streets of every city and town in the United States 24/7 to stop crime as they see it and the USEPG will be a heavily armed group to deal with more dangerous crime in a timely manner with tactics equal to the military. The USPG will be heavily patrolling around school zones and other educational areas or areas of varying interest or deemed high crime areas. In conclusion the formation of a USPG and USEPG will better protect the public.
