We the People of the United States of America having the Civil and regulatory right as natural citizens call for a Third Continental Congress. Having proven to citizens of America of their inept ability to vote on bill passages, completely ignore the rights and benefits for their citizens and creating a child like, "sand box" type climate within their doors of Congress. Since our elected officials have created most of the financial mess with the lobbyists and corporate "Fat Cats" money lining their coiffures, a change has become not only necessary, but expedient.
