We ask President Obama to propose "Formosan Neutrality" as a proxy for the 1950 Formosa Neutralization Policy. The International Human Rights Realization Movement/2016 FORMOSA CALLING affirms that peoples of Formosa do not owe permanent allegiance to either the P.R.C. or the R.O.C. Therefore, the self-identified Formosans shall be recognized by Law as neutral persons in any formate of China & the Chinese civil conflict or war aggression.
