Four-day-work-week for federal (and state) employees, to reduce costs and boost employees morals and productivities.

1. remove Friday from regular 5 day work week to 4 day work week with 10 hours work day,
2. reduce operation costs to the federal/state - eventually taxpayers money.
3. reduce cost of transportation to employees,
add more time for family, take children to doctor apt, school, encourage stronger family bond.
