Four Point Plan For Southern Border Immigration Relief

Reallocate foreign aid sent to any country that either sends or assists with transport of illegals. Use these funds to do four things:
1) Build temporary facilities just OUTSIDE our southern border gate to house and process illegals;
2) Pay for the border infrastructure so badly needed..for example, increased staff (e.g., including offering 'pink slipped' military a border position), a beast of a wall, drones, boats, etc.;
3) Investigate allegations made by illegals and either pay for their return and potential assistance once returned, or if allegations are substantiated, use a portion of these funds to assist with the integration of illegals allowed across the border;
4) Take over management of the billions of dollars of foreign aid going to countries with substantiated allegations.
