NASA does very important programs and projects, yet many have had to be cancelled at various stages due to their budget being cut. This creates a terrible waste of already invested resources.
We the people propose a new policy be implemented that would guarantee NASA a minimum amount of funding each year over a period of four years.
The proposed policy would reduce the amount of projects cancelled due to lack of funding, as well as providing greater stability to NASA's budget. That would allow NASA to focus on their projects and programs without having to worry about being cancelled the next fiscal year due to budget cuts.
For these reasons we the people ask the administration to implement a four year minimum budget guarantee for NASA.
