Many students across the US are required to use online journal articles at least a few times a semester for projects. However, many times these journals cost money to view. Since most journals are funded by the government, students should have the right to view the entire article at no charge.
This petition is asking the Obama Administration to allow free access to such journals for students. It would be extremely helpful to the hard working students of this country.
