It is asinine to charge the Activist for enacting their constitutional rights and protesting legitimate grievances. Gov. Kate Brown should be charged with conspiracy to use force, intimidation or threats to impede federal officers from discharging their duties. Gov. Brown should not have "washed her hands of the situation" handing over her governing power to the F.B.I. Gov. Kate Brown showed incompetence to complete her duties as standing Governor.
Pete Santilli, Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy, Ryan W. Payne, Brian Cavalier, Shawna J. Cox, Joseph D. O'Shaughnessy, Jason Patrick, and Jon Ritzheimer should be released from custody. Dwight Hammond Jr. and his son, Steven, should be freed from federal prison!
