Arresting an individual for "resisting arrest" is completely inappropriate. Generally, a crime must be committed before arresting someone. Adam Kokesh has and will always be singled out by police for his acts of civil disobedience which are classified as "crimes" even if there is no victim. It is time that the constitution is valued and upheld. Civil liberties in America are crumbling, and federal agencies are trying to silence the voices that are exposing that.
Adam Kokesh must first be freed, and then a greater conversation on civil liberties and civil rights can occur.
