This petition is to urge the White House and U.S. State Department to seek a pardon for Sebrina De Sousa, from Italian President Sergio Mattarella. Mrs. De Sousa is a former CIA Officer who was unjustly convicted in absentia in Italy in 2009. She has been sentenced to four-years in an Italian prison for the alleged kidnapping of a Muslim cleric in Milan, Italy in 2003 during the George W. Bush Administration.
