free Americans from excessive medical regulations & absurd prescription requirements (Rein in FDA micro-management).

Created by T.S. on November 06, 2011

The FDA requires prescriptions for (Google the following) “lung flutes” and for “earpoppers” (both of which are about as complex and dangerous as a toothbrush). Americans have less medical freedom than in any other nation on Earth, in this and in other medical categories. The FDA should be told to look at England, France, and Germany. Any medical drug, device, or procedure that is accessible in all three of these nations, should be available to Americans, in a manner no less restricted than it is in the least restrictive of these 3 nations. This is not an appeal for more rob-Peter-to-pay-Paul-type mandates, or insurance mandates, this is a simple appeal for more personal medical FREEDOM.
