This petition is important to fix the problem in our country regarding abortion and an increasing population. It should be a free, but mandatory procedure done around the age of ten years old. I think it would help solve many problems and hardships that result from an unwanted or untimely pregnancy. The vasectomy can be reversed at a time when the male deems he is ready and capable to raise a child or children and hopefully provide them with a better life than his own with more advantages and opportunities.
