Those who sign this petition believe that the US federal government should impose a civil infraction upon those who support or actively engage in efforts to secede from, or dissolve these United States of America.
The maximum punishment for such actions shall not exceed riding a float made of closets in a gay pride parade nearest to their official residence whilst donning a visible diaper and "blackface".
