Make Federal & State Law that there be, No Conviction, set aside/vacate convictions, when a witness (witnesses') statements/testimony is not corroborated by evidence, solid/physical evidence;especially when immunity is promised/given and/or witness involvement in the crime/other crimes. For the Federal and State law to reflect MD State law.
My Son Armistead Myers, in federal prison for 15 yrs. with 8 to go, FOUND NOT GUILTY in MD state court, for armed robbery due to, NO EVIDENCE!
