Free Bernie Tiede!

Created by C.P. on August 30, 2016

Bernie Tiede has been sentenced to life or 99 years in prison for a kind of murder that counts as temporary insanity. He was abused as a kid and then by Mrs. Nugent and didn't know how to say no like most people would because he was abused as a kid and then by her and he went temporarily insane and shot her. This kind of murder should not be punishable for 99 years or life especially for someone who was abused as a kid and then didn't know how to say no and was abused and didn't know how to say no and went temporarily insane. Bernie does not deserve to pay this long and longer for something he did when he went temporarily insane and should be acquitted of all charges. This could and maybe should be taken to the Supreme Court.
