In December of 2014, Brooklyn Rapper Bobby Shmurda (real name is Ackquille Pollard) was indicted alongside members of his GS9 rap crew. His charges included first-degree conspiracy and reckless endangerment. Other members racked up even bigger charges like assault, attempted murder, and second-degree murder. At the end of our beloved President Obama's final term, he can let federal criminals go as he pleases, and Bobby should be one of them. Bobby Shmurda has done many things for the New York City youth, and his bail should either be lowered or he should be set free.
