If you have ever listened to the hit song Hot N*gga then your know that Ackquille Jean Pollard, better known as his stage name, Bobby Shmurda, has potential to have an significant impact on modern Hip Hop. Ackquille has had his 6th amendment right of a speedy trial violated as he has been waiting on a trial for a little over a year and a half. There isn't sufficient evidence to convict Ackquille in the first place and keeping such a gifted artist locked up is detrimental to the ever-expanding world of Hip Hop. I believe it would be a good idea to have him on probation so that he can prove to the court that all he wants to do is share his talent and put out a few more hit tracks.
