PFC Bowe Bergdahl been a Prisoner of War in captivity by the Afghan Taliban since 2009. A strategy needs to be proposed to bring him back to the United States. The war is done, enemies captured as proposed, and Bergdahl should be freed and returned where he is natural, of interest, and productive.
