Bradley Manning, an Army Intelligence officer in Iraq, was arrested in May 2010 for revealing information to Julian Assange and WikiLeaks. He was confined to a tortuous form of solitary confinement at the behest of the Obama Administration for 9-months. Whereas Julian has fortified himself at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London since last year in order to avoid extradition, Bradley, has been jailed and denied due process for nearly 32-months right here in the U.S. After being 'bated' to plead guilty on this unwinnable charge, prosecutors 'switched' on their agreement, then argued and won the maximum sentence for this "double-crossed" Officer.
Bradley's only mistake has been the pursuit of justice. We demand this whistleblower be released from his confinement.
