Bradley Manning deserves to be set free, with a full pardon and apology from the White House. Manning was following his heart and merely sharing truth with the American people. He was following the Constitution and military code of ethics, et al, which allows for soldiers to reveal crimes and unethical events and "secrets" if they are detrimental to human rights, moral code of honor and the truth. "State Secrets and National Security" have been used as an excuse for too long.
By freeing Manning, America can resume that higher moral position we once held. It is time we stood tall and proud again. If the White House wants to "forgive" illegal immigrants, then surely we can "forgive" a true hero.
