On behalf of reggae enthusiasts globally and Buju Banton fans specifically we are seeking the early release of this reggae music icon. He made the mistake of been swept up by a sting operation where he took the bait on making money in a cocaine deal. The fan base were shocked and know that Mark 'Buju Banton' Myrie is much more than this and made a terrible mistake. He is an iconic reggae artist who has won two Grammys ( 2009 & 2011). In 1992 was lauded as breaking Bob Marleys record with his #1 hit singles. His early songs mirrored his social perspectives on violence and sexual orientation. Buju later converted to Rastafarianism and his later songs are conscious and thought provoking. Buju Banton is a close friend of Stephen Marley.His early release would be greatly appreciated globally!
