South Park Mexican (Carlos Coy) is currently in the Texas prison system. On May 18th 2002,a Houston jury convicted him for aggravated sexual assault of a child ; in June the same jury sentenced him to 45 years in prison. Coy testified that he did not assault the nine-year-old girl in question, who had spent the night at his house with his daughter Carley. Coy did, however, admit to having sex in 1993 with a 13-year-old girl who bore his child Jordan. Carlos Coy will be eligible for parole after he serves 22 1/2 years of his 45 year sentence but his appeal may get him out sooner . There is no evidence if it really happened or not , they shouldn't have to make him suffer in jail for something he didn't even do .
