Charles Hiller was sentenced to a life sentence at the age of 18 for a shooting were the person approached him. Charles shot one time and the bullet went into the victims side and hit his heart. Charles was offered a 22 year sentence but took a jury trial and got life plus 17 and a half years. Wheres the Justice in that???
