18 year old Cole Withrow is a high school senior in Princeton, NC and an eagle scout. Monday April 29th, when he arrived at school he realized that he had left his shotgun from skeet shooting the day before in his vehicle. Instead of lying, trying to hide his mistake, or pick he made a private phone call in the front office to his mother to come and pick up his gun. His conversation was overheard by another student who reported it to the school faculty. Immediately the school contacted the local authorities. Cole was arrested and is facing a felony weapons charge and 365 days of suspension from school. This means that he will not be able to graduate and attend college in the fall. We petition the Obama administration to drop all charges against Cole Withrow.
