The US Federal government will pay 100% tuition and fees for higher education for every US citizen. Education is a human right, regardless of social status or income. Student loan debt and college dropout rates continue to rise.
Currently, only 34% of US citizens have obtained higher education. The average Fed budget for education is $120billion, compared to the defense budget of over $900billion.
