Free college education should be a right for all of the American people. A higher education will bring job growth, improve the economy and reduce poverty. This does not include private colleges such as Harvard, Stanford ,etc. However this should include State Universities available to people who can not afford a higher education. Federal loans can hurt the economy, and there must be another way the Federal Government can provide funding to the college without out of pocket costs from the students.
