It is a well-known fact that Education, & Educational Programs in our country are often neglected, poorly-funded, or cut entirely. It has become standard practice to outsource jobs, and import goods-- Sometimes due to lower costs-- and sometimes due to the perception of a higher craftsmanship in other countries. Soon, our country will be unable to provide even our most basic needs, and through lack of use, we will have completely forgotten how to innovate or create and will in essence become slaves to our own inadequacies.
I propose to prevent that by opening up Education to include, not just preschool through 12th grade, but at least 2 years at a Community College. Anything beyond that is a choice, and at the learner's expense. Let's create an Educated Nation.
