On the occasion of USA Presidents' Day, it is herein petitioned on the behalf of the independence spirited people of Ukraine for an international and humanitarian rescue of Yulia Tymoshenko and similarly situated political as well as ill prisoners in Ukraine by the current despotic Presidential regime. The requested rescue is by worldwide visas and bank accounts/assets freezes, IMF loan freezes, European Union imposed sanctions upon the regime, and international health care treatment to the imprisoned. All this is requested, as soon as possible, in the spirit of world peaceful means and without direct adverse effects upon the general population of Ukraine.
