Daryl Simon has been locked up since 2008 for credit card fraud. He was sentenced to 24 years in federal prison for the charge which was $243,000 in actual loss. Obama has been commuting the sentences of drug dealers. Time for this administration to commute the sentence of a non violent, non threat person such as Daryl. His crime did not involve any individuals or identity theft, they were charges made on corporate credit cards for things like food and clothing. Daryl is a human being and a father who realizes the wrong of his actions and is very remorseful. Placing someone in prison for that length of time is overkill and a life sentence for him at age 44. Please help raise awareness for Daryl and tell other to support this petition to get his sentence Commutated. 8 years is enough.
