But the feds didn't prosecute them for Arson, no they used the Anti-terrorism and Death Penalty Act to prosecute them so that they would get long prison times., The judge downgraded the sentence, but the vindictive government demanded more time... so AFTER they were released from prison, they were required to return to serve MORE time.
