Human capital is our most important asset we need to insure it for the future. We need Federal Options that are FREE to our citizens to recieve a higher education. I propose that we create the recources to provide free degrees online in the most needed fields to help fill in the gaps. We need to have ONLINE SCHOOLS provided by the FEDERAL GOVERMENT to provide our citizens an education for free. This will boost human captial in our country. It is a dire asset. We need to take the capitalism our of our education system!!!!
