In many European countries such as Denmark or Finland, there are many colleges and universities that are tuition free. Yet in America there are next to NONE. Many students have decided to go directly into the job field after high school, and if asked why, many would say something along the lines of "it's too expensive" or "I can't afford that!". Why should money, or a lack of money, be a barrier to higher knowledge? An educated generation would benefit everyone.
