People who have been experimented on with neurological technology suffer greatly due to humans, who believe they are authorized to do so, issuing arbitrary commands that control the human mind and body. I've directly walked in to my F.B.I. field office here in Chicago, while the F.B.I. was fully aware of what has been implanted, and was treated as if the laws of this country only apply to those with the "connections" that afford them there civil liberties. All those who have participated in any illegal activity concerning this matter should be prosecuted under the fullest extent of the law yet this grave and serious matter is treated as a joke and has value as entertainment only. I do promise that these matters will not be treated this way when people of "importance" suffer as such.
